My client is a market leader in their sector and are currently looking for a Customer Services Advisor for their central support office, based in Darlington. They are looking for a professional, empathetic and caring individual to answer external enquiries, providing information and support as required.
Your new role
- The role will involve taking incoming calls from individuals searching for information and advice.
- Responding to web enquiries and ensuring they are followed up in accordance with company guidelines and timescales.
- Supporting individuals from initial enquiries, moving forward.
- You will have excellent telephone and communication skills, as the role will also involve ensuring that all calls are answered promptly and appropriately.
- Ideally, you will have previous experience working within a customer service environment.
- You will need basic IT skills and a willingness to learn.
- Full training will be provided for the right person.
This position will involve a variety of shifts, spanning Monday to Sunday between the hours of 8am till 7pm.
