Competitive basic salary of £34,000 - £45,000 - No thresholds on commission
Interaction Recruitment are looking for a Branch manager our team. The successful branch manager for this role will already have a proven track record in standards driven recruitment, and have the drive and ambition to grow business
About You
- You'll already have exposure to recruitment – within any sector setting or you're are a seasoned recruiter
- Empathy is important in recruitment, and you will care about your clients and candidates with equal measure
- You must be an effective communicator, and be able to converse with a wide range of clients and candidates
- You will have a "never give up" attitude, and have thicker skin than a Rhino!
- We love a chat, and you will be a natural on the phone too!
