About Our Client

National Philanthropic Trust UK (NPT UK) and NPT Transatlantic (NPT TA) are independent registered charities driven by our mission to make philanthropy more convenient and efficient for our donors.

Our clients are our donors who have donor-advised fund (DAF) accounts. They are high / ultra-high net worth individuals with considerable assets dedicated to charitable giving. They will often work with private client advisors (lawyers, private bankers, wealth planners, accountants) to manage their wealth.

We offer donor-advised funds (DAF) giving vehicles to individuals, family offices, and wealth managers. A donor-advised fund is a philanthropic fund established under an umbrella charity, like NPT UK and NPT Transatlantic, that administers the funds on behalf of the donor. A DAF allows donors to make irrecoverable charitable contributions, receive immediate tax benefits, and then recommend grants from the fund over time. NPT Transatlantic also offers a US / UK dual qualified single gift (designated fund) service for US / UK donors. NPT UK is affiliated with National Philanthropic Trust, one of the largest providers of donor-advised funds in the United States
