With your love of working with people and enthusiasm to provide a great service, you'll welcome and talk to our visitors to the shop/outlet answering any questions they have.

Salary: £11.50 per hour. Please note that the salary advertised is inclusive of an outer London weighting allowance of £3,315 per annum, pro rata.

Contract/duration: Fixed-term for 3 months.

Hours/working pattern: You'll be working9am-5.15pm (45 mins break) every Monday and Tuesday.

Interviews: w/c 2 September 2024

Reporting to the Retail Manager, you'll join a hardworking and successful team passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to our visitors.

Morden Hall Park Garden Centre is one of the busiest shops in the National Trust. We attract customers all year round. With expanding Summer and Christmas events there is always something to get excited about.

We have the largest plant range in the National Trust and pride ourselves on being able to offer our visitors a broad selection of plants and garden products to take home. The shop has a great selection of local and regional products that link to and tell stories about our property

What you'll be doing As Retail Team Member you'll offer customers help and shopping advice with their purchases. Other duties may include receiving, unpacking, and arranging deliveries, creating shop displays and working with other members of the team to keep the shop floor area clean and organised. This role would suit anyone with a passion for delivering great customer service and an interest in learning about retail.
