Reward Specialist - Leading Charity - London with Great Hybrid working - up to £40,000

This is an exciting opportunity for a Reward Specialist to implement a Reward strategy for one of the UK's leading charities.

  • Working closely with the People team your key accountabilities will include:-
  • Leading on the successful implementation of their pay and reward strategy
  • Contributing to the ongoing development of their Employer Value Proposition and Employer Brand by using benchmarking and trend analysis
  • Providing advice and recommendations to the Head of People Services & Transformation and People Business Partners
  • Leading on the maintenance and review of their job banding methodology and approach
  • Ensuring innovative reward and recognition approaches are in line with our their values

You should have a track record of implementing pay and reward strategies either in a Reward Specialist role or as part of a more generalist HR role. A good understanding of salary benchmarking and the importance of a strong Employer Value Proposition needs to be combined with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
