Implementation Support Analyst
We're recruiting for an Implementation Support Analyst based in Birmingham. Our client specializes in software solutions for the maritime industry. You'll join a skilled team delivering web applications, integration platforms, and data consultancy to the marine industry.
The role involves responding to global client queries, liaising with team members to resolve tickets, and assisting with project management. You'll contribute to knowledge bases, product documentation, and develop a strong understanding of all products.
