Are you a creative innovator with a passion for product development? We are seeking talented NPD Specialists to join our clients team in Bedford. This is your chance to contribute to the development of market leading products that will reach millions of consumers worldwide.
Your main roles and responsibilities will be as follows:
Working in a team of 6 you will take the product through the journey from lab testing through to it being on the shelves.
Devloping new ideas with the help of 'creativity workshops' with consumers.
Looking into industry tends.
Sampling and Product testing in the lab.
Product analsys - Quality, Taste, Smell, Shelf life etc
Working with the specifications team to develop packaging inline with compliance
We are looking for candidates who have experience within a product development role previously in a food or drink manufacturing/Production environment.
