What you will be doing as the Mechanical Design Engineer:

As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role within a project team, taking on technical responsibility for design development and evaluation tasks. Your contributions will ensure successful project outcomes, and you will provide technical assistance to resolve design and manufacturing issues, supporting the project team as needed. Additionally, you will mentor junior team members, guiding them through the technical aspects of their work.

What you will need to apply for the Mechanical Design Engineer:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in component design (plastic & sheet metal), assembly design, drafting, and a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • Manufacturing Support: Experience of providing support to the production team, helping to troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
  • CAD Proficiency: Advanced 3D CAD skills
  • Project Management: Experience in managing new product introduction projects.
  • Additional Requirements: Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel abroad if needed.
