Cedar is recruiting an experienced interim Digital Business Analyst to join a Local Authority in the South East. The successful candidate will spearhead the delivery of one of the Council's exciting flagship programmes across Children and Adults services.
Rate: £525 - £575 per day (Outside IR35)
Contract Length: 6 months with potential extension
Location: South East
Hybrid Pattern: 1-2 days in office per week
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development of varied service solutions from discovery and scoping to handing over to the digital team to successfully deliver.
- Contribute to the transformation of the Council's relationship with residents and communities through the implementation of improved access to services, advice and help across key contact channels.
- Utilise digital technologies to lead resident-focused process re-designs and increase the efficiency of Council services.
- Oversee the execution of the new resident experience service model and structure.
- Implement the updated website to improve accessibility to Council services.
- Recognise cross-service opportunities for redesigning customer journeys and report on any risks that arise.
- Oversee the solution design stage of the programme and collaborate with Project Managers to ensure all products and documents are developed to a high quality.
- Mentor Internal Service Designers and encourage continuous improvement.
- Liaise with stakeholders and keep them in the loop throughout the design process.
Requirements
- Experience as a Digital Business Analyst within a Local Authority.
- Exposure to customer contact focused programmes within Childrens and Adults services is advantageous.
