A Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive is sought to bolster my client's well established Residential Property department based in its Nuneaton office.
The Role
This Conveyancing Position will see you manage a low volume caseload of transactions to include:
- Sales & purchases
- Leasehold & freehold
- Auctions
- New build
- Right to buy
- Shared ownership
About You
You will be a Solicitor or Legal Executive, with at least 3 years of experience in handling an independent caseload of matters.
