Senior Sales Executive - Digital Advertising

Handle Recruitment is seeking a Senior Sales Executive with experience across digital publishing to join one of the biggest consumer media brands in the UK!

Joining an award-winning outbound sales team with a focus on cross platform advertising solutions across digital and print, you will sell to SME's across different industry sectors including entertainment, food, gardening and travel.

As a Senior Sales Executive your responsibilities will include:

  • Responsibility for delivering budgeted digital direct revenues whilst developing digital products to drive significant revenue growth.
  • Booking digital new business revenue.
  • Analysing and identifying sector and market trends, new products and commercial revenue streams.
  • Working collaboratively with the markets team, digital trading and ad ops to ensure client patches, product and market developments are clearly understood.
  • Reviewing the digital portfolio to ensure that the digital offering is relevant and optimised from a revenue perspective.
  • Ensuring that all bookings, proposals, and contact reports are entered on Salesforce and that the team obtain confirmations at time of booking.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Significant and successful sales experience within mainstream digital publishing.
  • A proven track record of project management.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent knowledge and ability to apply all the latest applicable research and data within sales process.
  • Genuine interest in the media industry and the developments within it.
