Description
As the Purchasing Coordinator your duties will include, however may not be limited to:
- Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Maintaining and updating procurement records and documentation.
- Assisting in the preparation of purchase orders.
- Working closely with multiple departments to ensure stock availability.
Profile
The successful Purchasing Coordinator should have:
- Worked in a similar, administrative role previously within procurement and/or supply chain ideally.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent IT skills and attention to detail with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
