Job Summary:
We are looking for an experience video editor who can take raw footage and elevate it through their technical expertise and creative vision. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in professional video editing and post-production.
Job Description:
- Oversee the entire workflow, including organization, ingest, transcoding, backup, archival, quality control, and documentation of all footage. Edit engaging, original, and high-quality video content, creating compelling stories.
- Sound design experience is required. Provide expertise in sound design and sound mixing for all video outputs. Research, archive, and present imagery, music, and video content to support projects.
- Proficient in basic After Effects special effects creation and motion graphics design. You will be able to add simple effects and dynamic graphics to enhance the visual appeal of the videos.
- Assist in creating, updating, and developing all graphic assets for video content.
- Strong file management skills are necessary to efficiently organize and manage project files, ensuring seamless collaboration within the team.
- Proficient in using Apple systems and Adobe Premiere software for video editing. You should be skilled in operating these tools to improve work efficiency and quality.
Qualification:
- Minimum of 3 years of video editing experience in creating narrative video content, including proficiency in storytelling and social media editing. You should be able to understand the editing requirements for different types of videos and creatively edit them as per the specifications.
- Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve Studio
- Sound design experience, familiarity with audio editing and sound effects processing tools. You will be responsible for adjusting audio quality, volume balancing, and adding sound effects to enhance the overall video experience.
- Proficient in basic After Effects special effects creation and motion graphics design. You will be able to add simple effects and dynamic graphics to make the videos more engaging.
- Proficient in using Apple systems and Adobe Premiere for video editing. You will be skilled in operating these tools to improve work efficiency and quality.
