Role Overview: As a Youth Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with a diverse range of special educational needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating closely with teachers to cater to individual student requirements.
- Assisting students during classroom activities, ensuring their engagement and understanding.
- Providing one-on-one support to students with personal care and Social Emotional needs
- Implementing behaviour management strategies and maintaining a positive learning environment.
About Students: Students with Learning Disability and SEMH.
Qualifications and Experience: To excel in this role, you should have:
- Right to Work in the UK (NO Sponsorship Provided. Candidates on Skilled Worker Visa are not eligible for this position)
- Minimum 2 yrs of experience working in a school or care setting in the UK (Mandatory)
- Prior experience with people with Special Needs
- Personal or Professional experience with Children across age groups.
