Due to continued expansion and ambitious growth plans, they are now looking to hire an Assistant Buyer to help grow the business through innovation.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the Health and Beauty industry and eager to develop their career within Buying.
As an Assistant Buyer, you will...
- Develop exciting new product ranges with a strong understanding of the product lifecycle – from concept through to launch.
- Work very closely with suppliers and factories globally, to source components, develop samples and manage production timelines.
- Identify trends, consumer needs, and white space opportunities across the beauty and skincare sector.
- Ensure products meet all cost, margin and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain all accurate documentation and manage associated admin tasks.
What will you need?
- Previous experience operating in an Assistant Buyer role.
- Really strong understanding of the product development lifecycle
- Creative flair for developing new formats, ingredients and product concepts.
- Experience working with suppliers and manufactures.
- Excellent organisational and timeline management skills
- Clear, confident communication across both internal and external teams.
