We are looking for a Driver/Cleaner located in Plymouth based at the Theatre Car Park. Your role will be to undertake a range of cleansing and low-level maintenance tasks to raise the customer experience of car parks throughout the city.
This is a contract initially for six months.
The Role
Your main duties will include:
- Sweep/litter pick and remove waste on all surfaces - this may include litter, glass, bodily fluids.
- Remove fly tipping and small graffiti tagging.
- Wash down stair wells.
- Painting car park walls and cleansing customer signage.
- Log and report defects and hazards within the car parks.
Shift Pattern:
Two shift patterns available:
- Monday to Thursday 06:00am - 15:45pm
- Friday to Sunday - Friday and Saturday 06:00am - 18:00pm Sunday 06:00am - 16:00pm (enhanced rate for Sunday)
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
- Knowledge of Health and Safety in an operational environment.
- Ability to solve straight forward problems.
- Communication skills required to exchange information with both staff and members of the public.
- Full UK driving license
