Responsibilities of this role:
- We are looking for an experienced Social Worker to join our Children and Families Team in Tewkesbury as an Advanced Practitioner.
- The ideal candidate will have experience of supporting or mentoring newly qualified SWs and students as well as acting as the lead in the team on providing training and supporting dissemination of improvements to practice.
- Alongside this, there will be some case holding of more complex cases.
- We are operating to a hybrid way of working
Requirements of this role:
- Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
- Must have minimum of 2 years' post qualified experience.
