HR Advisor
Permanent -Full-Time -Up to £40,000-Stonehouse
Our reputable, innovative, and dynamic client within the automotive industry have a brand-new permanent vacancy for a HR Advisor to join the team.
The Role:
- Build effective relationships with people across all areas of thebusiness, assisting withHR related issues throughout the employee life cycle, includingER,recruitment and performance management.
- Ensure all the datais accurate and up to date and provide accurate and timely reports as and when required.
- Recommendnew initiatives and provide administrative support to deliver.
- Ensure effective monitoring of KPIS relating to absence and attrition. Looking for trends and remedial action.
- Support Managers withER, absence management,occupational health referral process and welfare meetings.
- Support the recruitment of new employees covering all aspects. Ad hoc projects.
- Implement and improve policies, procedures and processes. Participate in cost reduction and CI.
- Supports the accurate collation of informationto provide accurate intelligence.
The Person:
- Ahigh level of personal integrity, individual with an ability to work on own initiative.
- A CIPD level 5 qualification or working towards achieving equivalent through experienced based assessment.
- Experience of working in a busy HR department,apositive, 'can do' attitude
- Experience of HR systems,Confident Excel user
- A working knowledge of employment law and HR practice- translate into workplace activities
- Experience of working inamanufacturing environment(unionised)
