Job Title: Business Manager
Location: Stourbridge
Salary: £20,000 - OTE £60,000
Hours: Monday to Friday (weekend rota - day off in the week)
Hawkfield Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Manager to join our client's dealership in the Stourbridge area.
Our client is a well-established family-run dealer group who have been operating in the West Midlands for over 70 years.
We are looking for individuals with determination, passion, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn new skills while delivering outstanding customer service and product knowledge.
Responsibilities of Business Manager:
- Supporting and mentoring the sales team to convert prospects into customers
- Driving the sales team to optimise all finance and insurance opportunities
- Establishing targets and monitoring performance against budget
- Coaching and development of the sales team
- Understanding and addressing shortfalls with the sales Manager and team
- Understanding the needs of the customer while building a rapport that will retain them with the brand and business
About You:
- Posses a high level of professional acumen
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- The ability to meet and exceed targets
- Excellent knowledge of finance and insurance
