Location: North London but community based
We are looking for an NHS experienced speech and language therapist with experience working with children, to work in mainstream schools/community in North London, this post is suitable for a band 5-6 SLT.
Start date: ASAP-ongoing
Shift pattern: 9:00-17:00, Monday-Friday
Hours: Full-time (37.5hrs/week) but part time may be considered
Job description:
- This successful candidate will deliver a Speech and Language Therapy Service to children and young people attending mainstream schools with communication difficulties.
- Independently managing a paediatric caseload and delivering integrated therapeutic packages of care.
- To deliver appropriate formal and informal assessments for a range of clinical specialisms, including autistic spectrum disorder, Augmentative and Alternative Communication systems, language and social communication delay/disorder and complex needs.
