Customer Service Assistant
£25,000 - £27,000 per annum DOE
I am currently representing a highly successful manufacturing and distribution company who are looking to add to their vibrant customer service team.
Key duties:
- Being the first point of contact for customers in answering any calls and emails
- Taking and processing orders
- Take payment
- Liaising with third parties such as couriers to track orders
- To stay up to date with product knowledge in order to give the best product advice to customers
- Answer any customer finance queries
- Set up accounts in SAP and eShop
- Organise special deliveries or pick ups with logistics
The successful candidate would preferably have the following qualifications, background and experience. SAP systems experience would be desirable but is not essential.
