PA to Lettings Director - up to £40K pro rata (flexible hours if required)
One of London's leading independent residential property agencies with over 30 years' experience at the luxury end of the residential market, is looking for an experienced and accomplished PA / Lettings Administrator / Tenancy Manager to fully support its small but well-established luxury Lettings department.
This is a fully office based role but flexible hours are available.
Reporting to the Lettings Director, you will be responsible for Lettings Administration, renewals and tenancy co-ordination, whilst also providing PA support to the Lettings Director.
The ideal candidate must have 3+ years in a similar role and will ideally be ARLA qualified. Reapit experience is also advantageous!
You must have a good understanding of the entire lettings process from creating property details to tenancy agreements/renewals and some accounts.
