I am working with a National client who has a pathway for a Level 4 qualified individual.
Initially working within their financial coaching team providing guidance to clients who have questions or queries regarding investments and pensions held on their self invest platform.
The platform has c.80k clients varying from regular savers to multi million pound investment holders.
With the opportunity to learn on the job, sit in on advisory appointments, understand back office systems and processes whilst still liaising with clients, is a tremendous introduction to a career as an Advisor.
There is ample opportunity to progress from the coaching team to advisory with 3 having moved over the last 9 months. Progression, training and development is very important to the business.
