Our client is an established organisation looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team based in Bradford, BD6.

The role

The successful candidate will become part of a close-knit customer care team and the role will be varied but duties will include:

  • Engaging with customers via inbound phone and email contact.
  • Processing orders.
  • Responding to sales and customer service enquiries.
  • Purchase orders.
  • Managing delivery notes.

About you:

  • Experience within a customer care/service team.
  • Experience of order processing.
  • A dynamic and friendly people person.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Accurate data entry.
