My client is a significant part of the growth in embedded finance across the UK. They currently work with large payment & tech processors who want to offer finance as an additional service to their SME customers.
We are now creating a brand new team to focus on leads being produced by one large scale partner who hold over 25% of lending introductions. Brilliant opportunity to join at a pivotal growth point with progression opportunities to manage satellite office / be crucial part of forming the partnership and along the way earn brilliant comms!
As the Partner Funding Advisor your responsibilities and duties will include:
- Follow up on all warm qualified leads provided by the my clients top partner
- Liaising directly with the key stakeholders within the partner to educate them on lending appetite, documents required & process to ensure top quality leads are passed over
- Proactively working on all warm leads provided in a timely manner - ensuring all documentation is in place for a funding decision to be made
- Directly liaising with the business customers to qualify their lending needs & share positive lending offers
- Work cross collaboratively with credit & renewals internally to ensure a quick and smooth customer journey
- This is a new team so would love a proactive individual who can bring new ideas / process and policies to improve deal cycle
You will be targeted on the conversion of leads passed across - They are high quality leads with a current conversion of 40% and with a team being built specifically for this product they are hoping to increase to 55%
Essential Skills and Competencies of the Partner Funding Advisor
- We are looking for a well-spoken, enthusiastic and motivated individual, who enjoys speaking with clients and fulfilling their funding needs.
- Ideally a candidate with a University degree
- 2+ yrs sales experience within the financial services sector
- Ability to work autonomously & be proactive to create revenue
- Background or interest in commercial lending
- Happy to work on a phone based approach - 20 calls + a day
- Good relationship building skills
