  • We are looking for an Administrator who is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. This role requires someone who is adept at managing multiple tasks in a busy environment and can maintain a high level of organisation and efficiency.

Day to day of the role:

  • Manage customer correspondence both verbally and in writing, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
  • Provide prompt responses to emails and coordinate engineer call-out requests efficiently.
  • Place and track purchase orders with subcontractors, coordinating with sites to schedule the work.
  • Maintain and update the client database daily to ensure accuracy.
  • Schedule engineers effectively, guaranteeing they have a full workload each day.
  • Prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and manage workloads to ensure all tasks are completed.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced work environment, handling multiple tasks with a positive attitude.
  • Communicate politely and effectively at all levels, providing excellent customer service.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to respond quickly and manage time effectively.
  • Experience in scheduling and coordinating workloads - preferred but not essential.
  • Proficient in maintaining and updating databases.
  • Strong prioritisation and organisational skills.
  • Capable of multitasking and adapting to a busy work environment.
  • A team player with a polite and professional demeanour.
