Working pattern: Hybrid working of 1-2 day's a week in the South West. This role is commutable from places like Bournemouth, Bristol, Bath, Taunton and more.
Method Resourcing have partnered with a fantastic retail business looking to add a Data Analyst into the team as the business go from strength to strength!
The role: As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing customer data to provide actionable insights that improve decision making to enhance their commercial performance. Your analysis will support their business teams to understand commercial performance through the customer lens, enabling them to develop initiatives and strategies that align to customer behaviour and preference.
Skills and experience they are looking for:
- 1-5 years commercial experience in data and analytics.
- Experience of analytical tools such as SQL, specifically interrogating the data and providing insights from SQL.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in writing.
- Excellent attention to detail, focused on accuracy and integrity of work.
- Strong expertise in data analysis and use of Excel.
- Retail experience is desirable.
