Helpdesk Coodinator

Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Helpdesk Coordinator based within Bellshill, ML4

Available shifts / Locations below:

  • Monday until Friday (5 days a week)- This is a part time position
  • Postcode: ML4 3NJ
  • 19:00-23:00PM
  • £13.85 including holiday pay, however you have the option to accrue
  • Paid Weekly, Every Friday before 5 PM.

Skills and experience required:

  • Must have at least 2 years previous Helpdesk experience
  • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
  • Able to manage time effectively
  • Ability to work both alone and in a team
  • Awareness of health and safety procedures
  • COSHH
  • Experience of working on a Facilities Management Help Desk covering a hard services environment
  • Experience using CAFM
  • To deal with incoming enquires via telephone and email in an efficient manner
