Salary: Starting from £12.38 per hour, with overtime at £18.54 per hour
Shift: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 16:30
Overtime: Premium rates (Weekends at double time)
Job Overview:
We are expanding our team at Supreme Concrete, a busy concrete product facility, and are seeking dedicated Concrete Factory Machine Operators. This is a long-term opportunity with full-time hours and potential for permanent roles for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Concrete Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the following steps in the concrete production process:
- Select suitable molds.
- Clean and prepare molds.
- Apply mold release agents.
- Choose and prepare the concrete mix.
- Fill molds with the prepared mix.
- Cure the concrete.
- Remove the finished product from molds.
Additionally, you will ensure that the factory operates efficiently, making the best use of time and resources. Full training will be provided as part of our 12-week onboarding program.
