Systems Trainer & Product Consultant - £30k - Hybrid role!
I am looking for a Systems Trainer to join a rapidly growing EPOS company. You will work as part of a dynamic team in quite a fast-paced environment where you will be supporting new and existing clients, as well as fellow staff members with training and onboarding. You will need to be dedicated and passionate when it comes to training, advising and assessing system efficiency.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in previous training role
- Good customer service skills (having a customer service background is a bonus!)
- Experience with IT - specifically software and systems
- Ability to inspire and engage others through training delivery
- Ability to design and develop training material
- High level of professionalism
The successful candidate will have:
- An organised and analytical approach
- A passion for teaching others
- Previous proven experience in a similar role
- A positive and motivated attitude
