A well-established SEND school in Dudley is seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to lead a Key Stage 3 (KS3) class starting in September 2025.
�? About the SchoolThis specialist provision supports pupils aged 3 to 19 with a range of complex learning difficulties, including:
- Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
- Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Communication and sensory processing needs

???�? About the SEN Teaching RoleAs the class teacher for a group of KS3 students with special needs, you will:
- Deliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
- Be supported by four experienced SEN teaching assistants
- Work within a collaborative and supportive SEN teaching team
- Use a range of strategies to support communication, sensory integration, and behavioural needs
- Foster a positive, safe, and engaging classroom environment
? Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Has experience teaching in a special school, SEN unit, or inclusive mainstream setting
- Demonstrates a nurturing, patient, and flexible teaching style
- Has strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passionate about supporting pupils with
SEND,
SLD,
PMLD, or
ASD
