Sales Ledger Clerk

This forward thinking business based in North Wales is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Ledger Assistant to join their vibrant team.

Your new role

Your duties and responsibilties will be

  • Managing the day-to-day sales ledger.
  • Issuing invoices in a timely and accurate manner in line with instructions from our Project Managers.
  • Liaising and communicating with internal teams and customers to resolve any queries.
  • Reconciliation of customer statements.
  • Setting up of new customers in the Accounts system ensuring company processes are adhered to.
  • Proactive management of Debtors.
  • Produce monthly Revenue reports.
  • Daily bank reconciliation.
  • Assist the Purchase Ledger clerk during busy times in the month.
  • Assist the wider Finance team with any ad-hoc queries.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will possess-

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with to all stakeholders of the business, acting with tact and diplomacy at all times.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Self-motivation with a commitment to personal development.
  • A flexible approach and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
