The salary for this position is £25,000 - £27,000 per annum and is a full-time, permanent position.

Key Responsibilities of a Care Coordinator:

  • Supporting staffing solutions for all client account management matters working closely with other departments to support business retention and growth
  • Dealing with inbound enquiries, ensuring they are dealt with promptly and efficiently
  • Holding the clinicians accountable for delivering the highest level of care
  • Building and maintaining a relationship with the clients, clinicians and colleagues
  • Identifying clinicians who have not worked in a while and proactively reaching out to them

Key Skills and Experience of a Care Coordinator:

  • You will need to have clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
  • Strong time management and organisational skills are required
  • Experience working in the healthcare sector is desirable
  • Experience dealing with high-volume calls and enquiries is a must due to the volume of calls within this role
  • You should be career-focused, with a willingness to learn
