Do you thrive on designing campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences?My client is seeking an experienced Event Manager to join a dynamic team. In this role, you'll collaborate with colleagues, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure clear campaign objectives. Leveraging your creativity and skill sets, driving maximum return on investment.At every touchpoint with clients, audiences, and partners, you will contribute to a powerful network of innovators.
Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver events to achieve client and company goals, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage all event attendees, speakers, sponsors, delegates, partners, and colleagues to ensure they enjoy a seamless and high quality user journey from pre-event to post-event
  • Deliver creative and innovative events using a combination of consumer and business facing initiatives
  • Collaborate across the business, assuring that cross-company skill sets, strategy, and values, key to every event, are deployed
  • Budget time and resources effectively, ensuring that project owners are aware of any changes to forecast or anticipated outcomes well in advance
  • Set objectives and measure success against them
  • Liaise effectively and clearly with contractors to ensure the company are recognised as a valued, open, and collaborative client
  • Maintain the organisation's level of high quality deliverables
  • Gather knowledge about event attendees and their experience to ensure continuous improvement

Person requirements

  • Events operations, design, or production experience
  • Experience of working on events both online and in person
  • Proven ability to handle challenging environments, individuals, and unforeseen circumstances
  • Experience of delivering brilliant execution to exceptionally high standards
  • Experience of working within and across teams
  • Experience working across multiple regions and demographics
