We are seeking a Business Change Lead for a global organisation to drive the people and cultural change agenda, leading the Change and Engagement Workstream.
This role focuses on delivering strategic direction, ensuring the successful implementation of Workplace Services initiatives, and promoting workplace services across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities for the Business Change Lead:
- Lead change management strategy, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes.
- Develop and execute internal communications and marketing plans to promote workplace services.
- Build and manage stakeholder relationships to support the change agenda.
- Oversee Learning & Development to ensure effective training materials are in place.
- Manage relationships with third-party suppliers and lead project delivery on time and within scope.
Essential Requirements for the Business Change Lead:
- Proven experience managing change programmes in fast-paced environments.
- Expertise in change management principles, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong leadership, with experience in managing teams and external agencies.
- Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and project management skills.
- Hospitality sector experience preferred.
