Trinity House Group are recruiting on an exclusive basis for a Senior Finance Consultant (Qualified Accountant, Practice or Industry trained) to join a UK-based consultancy firm specialising in finance transformation. Founded by two Qualified Accountants, their mission is to enhance the efficiency and strategic capabilities of finance departments within organisations. They offer a comprehensive range of services, including financial close and consolidation, reporting and dashboarding, budgeting, planning & forecasting, global minimum tax, ESG & sustainability reporting and regulatory compliance & reporting.
Partnering with market-leading CPM vendors, they deliver enterprise performance management (EPM) solutions that streamline and automate financial processes. Their focus is on empowering finance teams by integrating technology that reduces manual tasks and improves data accuracy, allowing finance professionals to focus on strategic decision-making and performance management.
As a Senior Finance Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering end-to-end implementations for a diverse client base. You will collaborate closely with the wider team to ensure successful project delivery and foster a culture of continuous improvement by introducing innovative ideas. The ability to effectively communicate with clients to understand their business requirements and creatively translate them into system solutions will be key to your success. Additionally, you will conduct engaging training sessions and knowledge transfers for clients, as well as produce relevant documentation such as design documents and client training guides.
Senior Finance Consultant key responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end implementations for clients.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure successful project delivery.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Conduct engaging training sessions and knowledge transfers for clients.
- Produce relevant documentation, including design documents and client training guides.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by introducing innovative ideas.
Senior Finance Consultant required experience:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent).
- Knowledge of finance processes (Consolidation, FP&A, etc.).
- A background or interest in Finance Transformation, System Implementation or EPM Consulting.
- Prior experience in OneStream, Anaplan, CCH Tagetik, Board, Workday Adaptive, LucaNet, Jedox, Planful, Prophix or Vena etc., is ideal but not a prerequisite.
