About this Recruitment Consultant role:
- Client Relationship Management: Visit existing and prospect clients to build and nurture positive relationships, understanding their industry, work culture, and specific needs to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Candidate Sourcing and Networking: Utilise platforms like LinkedIn and other channels to source and network with potential candidates, headhunting those who are suitable for client vacancies.
- Advertising and Marketing Vacancies: Draft and place engaging job adverts across various channels, leveraging social media and other digital platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Interview and Selection Process: Manage the entire recruitment process, from receiving and reviewing applications to organising interviews, creating shortlists, and briefing candidates on job responsibilities and benefits.
- Negotiation and Finalisation: Negotiate salaries and terms of business with both clients and candidates, ensuring a mutually beneficial arrangement, and finalise placement details to secure successful hires.
