Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer development and production orders with precision
- Verify pricing, part numbers, and specifications to maintain accuracy
- Efficiently enter orders into our business system and conduct thorough contract reviews
- Communicate delivery schedules and updates directly with customers
- Handle inquiries and provide clear, timely responses
- Manage schedule updates and adapt to changing requirements
- Resolve customer concerns and manage specification changes through effective document control
- Answer and direct phone calls, ensuring excellent communication within the company
- Foster strong relationships with clients and external partners
- Perform essential office duties, including generating reports and data entry

Additional Job Details:
- Standard working hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
- Enjoy 24 days of holiday plus bank holidays
