Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer development and production orders with precision
  • Verify pricing, part numbers, and specifications to maintain accuracy
  • Efficiently enter orders into our business system and conduct thorough contract reviews
  • Communicate delivery schedules and updates directly with customers
  • Handle inquiries and provide clear, timely responses
  • Manage schedule updates and adapt to changing requirements
  • Resolve customer concerns and manage specification changes through effective document control
  • Answer and direct phone calls, ensuring excellent communication within the company
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and external partners
  • Perform essential office duties, including generating reports and data entry

Additional Job Details:

  • Standard working hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
  • Enjoy 24 days of holiday plus bank holidays
