Telesales Consultant - Bilingual

Dove & Hawk are now partnered with an international real estate company who are looking for a proactive and motivated Telesales Consultant to join their residential business line at either their Bank, or Regent Street office. This role involves making outbound sales calls, engaging with potential clients, and utilizing a comprehensive database to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound sales calls using their extensive database with the help of software tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Manage and nurture a provided database to meet sales targets.
  • Achieve daily KPIs and monthly/yearly sales targets, ensuring deadlines and goals are consistently met.
  • Take initiative in implementing systems and improving workflows.
  • Follow established procedures to maintain consistent service standards.
  • Manage the CRM dashboard effectively.
  • Collaborate with the international sales team to gather feedback and enhance work processes.
  • Visit development sites at least twice a year.
  • Provide forward-thinking, bespoke advisory services to clients to ensure high retention and conversion rates.
  • Keep accurate records and maintain organized notes and administrative tasks within the database.
  • Analyse lead sources for efficiency.
  • Identify and seize opportunities to increase department revenue and cross-sell services.
  • Proactively manage daily workload and take initiative in tasks.
  • Call previous JLL applicants and buyers to generate interest and viewings for the UK and international sales team.
  • Qualify key information points from calls.
  • Log call information onto the CRM system and triage leads to the relevant department.
  • Assist with data cleansing of the database as needed.

Required Skills:

  • Fluency in Portuguese, Japanese, Mandarin, or Cantonese is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 1 year of telesales or sales experience in a related industry.
  • Proven track record in building customer relationships and handling objections.
  • Demonstrated sales achievements.
  • Confident in client communications via phone, email, and letter.
  • Proactive with strong self-discipline, self-drive, and goal orientation.
  • Understanding of the UK property market.
  • Ability to manage difficult conversations with a calm and proactive attitude.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with flexibility and control over own workload.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and IT skills.

Salary budgets: £30,000 - £35,000 basic / £40,000+ OTE (uncapped commission)
