As they look to grow and expand the business, they are seeking a dynamic Sales Support Administrator to assist and support the sales team. This is a full-time permanent opportunity paying £25k - £35k doe plus performance related bonus and benefits.

The Sales Support Administrator plays a crucial role in assisting the sales team by managing various administrative tasks that enable sales representatives to focus on selling. This role involves managing customer accounts and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Process Management:

  • Assisting in the preparation of sales quotes, proposals, and contracts.
  • Processing sales orders and ensuring they are accurately entered into the system.
  • Monitoring and tracking sales performance metrics.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Updating and maintaining customer information in the CRM system.
  • Managing customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Sales Coordination:

- Coordinating communication between the sales team and other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations.

Reporting and Data Management:

  • Generating sales reports and providing analysis of sales data to help inform strategy.
  • Managing databases of sales leads and opportunities through Hubspot

Documentation and Compliance:

- Ensuring that all sales documentation is complete and compliant with company policies.

Support for Marketing and Sales Campaigns:

  • Assisting with the execution of sales and marketing campaigns, including coordinating promotional materials.
  • Tracking and managing promotional offers or discounts.
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of trade shows/Exhibitions

Experience and Qualifications:

  • A proven track record of success in sales administration, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Understanding of industrial processes and applications.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools. (ideally Hubspot)
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
  • Ability to work independently & as part of a growing team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical & reporting skills.
  • Problem-solving ability & strong time management skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities, while meeting deadlines.
