About the Role:
- Provide one-to-one support for students with special educational needs (SEN) or disabilities.
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to meet the needs of all students.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, particularly with SEN students, is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
- A willingness to learn and undergo relevant training.
