HR Officer (Part-time)
Location: Loughton, Essex
Salary: £27,000 per annum on 3 days per week
We are seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join our team and provide comprehensive support across the full employee lifecycle. Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including managing the recruitment inbox, liaising with agencies, advertising, candidate sourcing, assessments, and conducting initial interviews.
- Maintain relationships with universities and local schools for graduate and apprentice recruitment.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, offering advice to staff and managers.
- Handle employee relations cases and resolve HR issues in collaboration with the HR Manager.
- Conduct exit interviews and support family-friendly matters, including associated paperwork.
- Contribute to the annual performance management programme and various HR projects.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll and benefits reporting to the internal finance team.
- Coordinate staff induction and manage the probation process effectively.
- Cover for the HR Administrator as needed and undertake additional duties for the HR department's efficiency.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of employment law
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Comprehensive understanding of HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and the MS Office Suite
