We are looking for a Qualified Teacher to join a fanastic primary school in the Heston area. This school supports students from the ages of 3-11, providing a supportive space for it's students to learn. The school is passionate about preparing students for the future and encourages them to be sustainable to save the environment. The Role:
- You must be avaliable Monday to Friday 8:15am - 16:00pm
- You will be required to demonstrate good knowledge of the National Curriculum, previous experience of working in KS1-2 is desirable but not essential
- To mark and assess pupils' work, and to record their development, progress and attainment, both at school and elsewhere, having regard to the requirements of the national curriculum
- Maintain good order, discipline and respect for others among pupils; to promote understanding of the school's rules and values; to safeguard health and safety; and to develop relationships with and between pupils conducive to optimum learning
- Plan and prepare lessons to engage the children with their learning
Requirements:
- You must have Qualified Teacher Status and PGCE
- Experience teaching in a primary school is desirable but not essential
- Be an excellent communicator and have great behaviour management
- Have a 'child workforce only' DBS on the Update Service or willing to obtain one
