Position Overview: They are seeking a seasoned Site Manager to oversee their projects in London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the site operations, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to shaping London's commercial landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate site activities, including scheduling, subcontractor management, and material procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site at all times.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain effective communication and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying risks and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Oversee quality control procedures to uphold our reputation for excellence in craftsmanship.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to site staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction or glazing industry, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and motivate site teams.
  • Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
