Your new role
- Maintain immaculate front-of-house areas and uphold studio standards.
- Answer, screen, and direct calls; take and relay messages.
- Manage diary, meeting rooms, and catering arrangements.
- Set up meeting spaces and provide technical support.
- Greet clients, announce arrivals, escort them to meeting rooms, and provide refreshments.
- Monitor staff movements and manage premises access.
- Ensure meeting room equipment is in good working order.
- Manage stock levels, order supplies, and track receipts.
- Liaise with clients and suppliers via email, phone, and in person.
- Organise transport for employees and couriers.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and parcels.
- Support Operations team with admin duties, Health and Safety, and project management.
- Update and improve operational systems and ensure smooth office operations.
What you'll need to succeed
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with the use of office equipment.
- Experience in a corporate office, in an administrative, reception or similar capacity OR
- Experience as a receptionist at a high-end hotel or restaurant.
- Hospitality exposure is a benefit.
- The ability to work to a high standard, at all times, as well as under pressure.
