Partnership Manager, The B-Hive Internal Creative Agency

About the role:

The B-Hive is an in-house creative agency bringing to life the creative needs of some of the most recognizable brands in the beauty industry including No7, Soap & Glory, Liz Earle and Boots own brand.

We combine the capability of an external creative and production team, with the speed, flexibility, and in-depth brand knowledge of an in-house set-up, underpinned by years of experience dedicated to Boots and No7 Beauty Company.

Our Partnership Manager is responsible for managing and evolving the relationship with The B-Hive's key production partner. This role involves strategic planning to drive mutual growth, co-ordinating cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of partnership intiatives, and continuously looking for areas of collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Head of Creative Production in developing and managing the performance of our production agency partner in line with The B-Hive strategy and plans, ensuring we have the best partnership model in place to drive business growth.
  • Support in embedding a culture of rigorous reporting & measurement; establishing KPIs & clear success factors for delivery. Define the governance and cadence for this reporting to drive continuous improvement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our production agency, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively. Use impact & influence to drive clarity and decision making.
  • Act as day to day contact for lead production partner and B-Hive, monitoring, tracking and managing continuous performance.
  • Drive forward the innovation agenda with our partner identifying new approaches, collaborations and ways of working.
  • Manage the commercial process and any matters related to fees, planning and tracking jointly with Procurement and Finance.
  • Work closely with agency and internal teams to plan, agree and manage the production scopes of work and budgets
  • Drive to champion B-Hive as a centre of excellence within the WBA agency ecosystem
  • Be aware and have your finger on the pulse of the changes and direction of Boots brand and No7 Beayty Company brands
  • Play a critical part of the Extended Lead Team, demonstrating solid leadership behaviours, best in class performance management & coaching.

What you'll need to have:

  • Experience and proven track record in partnership management and/or operations within the marketing or advertising industry
  • Ability to work cross-functionally as well as confidence to engage with new clients and agency partners independently
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proficiency in project, program and budget management
