Retirement proposition manager

Role Overview

Help us solve the toughest problem in pensions.

We are developing our retirement income solutions for members and this role will be a the heart of building, launching and communicating this proposition to members.

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Retirement Proposition Analyst to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with colleagues across NX and the wider business to manage and enhance our retirement proposition. You'll be responsible for ensuring that our retirement offerings not only meet the evolving needs of our members but also remain compliant with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain the Retirement Value Proposition: You will take ownership of Nest's retirement proposition, ensuring it aligns with the needs of our target customer segments. This includes monitoring and managing the performance of retirement options, and driving product and process changes for continuous improvement.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay ahead of regulatory changes in the retirement landscape. You'll assess the impact on Nest and implement necessary changes to ensure we remain compliant at all times.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the go-to expert on retirement needs within NX, Investments, and across the business. Your insights will inform decisions and strategies that directly affect our members.
  • Lifecycle Management: Oversee the lifecycle management of our retirement proposition, ensuring it stays relevant in a constantly evolving external environment, including shifts in competition, policy, and regulation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that all deliverables align with our product, marketing, and customer experience KPIs.
  • Governance and Compliance: Ensure that all internal governance requirements are met for any new developments within the retirement space.

About You:

You are a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the retirement market. Your experience in managing product propositions, combined with your ability to navigate regulatory environments, makes you an ideal candidate for this role. You thrive in collaborative environments and are driven by a desire to make a tangible impact on the lives of our members.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in retirement product management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the retirement space.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret market trends and data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
