Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a veterinary group, with the appointment of a Client Services Team Leader to join their team.

This well-established business offers a tailor-made service for their customers, providing innovative care and products that have made them world leading in their sector. They are seeking a customer-focused individual with a passion for leading and ensuring a seamless service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of customer advisors to achieve and exceed performance targets.
  • Provide training, coaching, 1-2-1s and support to team members.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
  • Monitor team performance and generate regular reports for management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and customer experience.
  • Maintain a positive and professional work environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and MS Office applications.
