This well-established business offers a tailor-made service for their customers, providing innovative care and products that have made them world leading in their sector. They are seeking a customer-focused individual with a passion for leading and ensuring a seamless service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of customer advisors to achieve and exceed performance targets.
- Provide training, coaching, 1-2-1s and support to team members.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Monitor team performance and generate regular reports for management.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and customer experience.
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and MS Office applications.
