A leading Chartered Accountancy firm are recruiting for a business Tax adviser to join their business advisory team on a permanent basis. This role offers a unique opportunity to support clients and colleagues across the firm, with a strong focus on Corporate Tax.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tax strategies for clients, guiding their financial planning and business growth.
- Engage in business development activities, identifying and researching opportunities with new and existing clients.
- Utilize technical knowledge and commercial awareness to solve critical client issues.
- Advise clients on corporate tax aspects and participate in M&A and tax structuring projects.
- Support M&A transactions on both buy and sell sides.
- Prepare advanced clearance applications with HMRC.
- Conduct client meetings and collaborate closely with key client contacts and colleagues.
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities for the client base.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- CTA or ACA qualified.
- Minimum of three years of demonstrated capability in a similar role.
- Strong track record in leading Business Tax Advisory work/projects and M&A transaction support.
- Some experience in Personal and VAT Tax would be advantageous.
