The Role:
As a Family Solicitor within this esteemed firm, you will be part of a team known for its excellence in private family law matters. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of complex cases involving medium to high-net-worth clients, providing expert legal advice and representation.
Key Responsibilities:

Handling a variety of privately funded family law matters, including but not limited to:

Divorce and separation proceedings.

Financial remedies and settlements.

Private children law issues, including custody and access disputes.

Drafting and advising on pre-and post-nuptial agreements.

Wealth protection and related legal strategies.

Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring high standards of client care and service.

Managing cases efficiently from inception to completion, ensuring all legal obligations are met and exceeded.
What We Are Looking For:
- A qualified solicitor with 1- 5 years' PQE in family law.
- Proven experience working on complex cases for medium and high-net-worth individuals.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Excellent client relationship management skills, ensuring the provision of a high level of client care.
